My stay at Pine Hill Eco Lodge was absolutely amazing. The staff, especially Ricky, went above and beyond to make sure my visit was memorable. They even packed me a hot sandwich for my trip and allowed me a late checkout. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the hotpot meal was a delightful treat. The highlight of my trip was the trekking tour organized by the hotel. The beautiful bungalow with its stunning views made for a truly exceptional experience. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Vietnam.

We stayed at Pine Hill Eco Lodge in Sa Pa for two nights and had an amazing experience. The central location made it convenient for exploring the area on foot. The bungalow we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a luxurious bathroom and a cozy balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We even received a thoughtful care package when we left. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend this lodge to anyone visiting Sa Pa.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

the hotel staff were friendly and provided helpful information throughout my stay. They even upgraded me to a spacious and clean duplex room with a fantastic view of the fireworks on New Year's Eve. the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and major attractions. the highlight was the warm hospitality - the staff gave me food and water for my long bus journey back to Hanoi. I highly recommend staying here for a memorable and convenient trip.
Nothing that I didn't like. 😊

Ricky, the manager, was mind-blowingly helpful throughout our stay, always available and ready to assist us.
The wooden villa design was super pretty and we loved it a lot, although the steep and narrow steps to the bedroom should be noted. The staff's hospitality during our winter stay was jaw-dropping, with hot cinnamon and ginger tea provided consistently to keep us warm and cozy.

This place had a cool vibe, with cabins that were modern, clean, and cozy. The beds had heated mattresses, perfect for the cold weather. The breakfast spread was simple but tasty, with fresh noodle soups and the usual western options. The staff were super friendly and helpful, offering to keep our bags and let us use the shower facilities after our hike. The location was great, just a short walk from all the food and cafes in the center of town. Plus, there were cute cats that hung around the coffee shop.
The padlock on our cabin was a bit of a pain to open and lock, requiring two hands. And the bed was a little firmer than I'm used to, but hey, it had a controllable heated feature, which was a nice surprise in the cold weather.

Stayed at a hotel with WiFi, air conditioning, garden, and restaurant. Enjoyed a buffet breakfast. Convenient bicycle rental service. A total dream, what more could a posh lady like me want?
Oh, just that extra pillows would have made my stay even more luxurious. Such a tragedy.
